The plan

To invest in Nysiem as a college student while preparing him for long-term ministry through the two-year NextGen Leaders program, providing part-time work, leadership development, mentoring, and practical ministry experience.

Expected outcomes

• 150 new college student contacts will be made.
• 10 students will attend Young Life College camp.
• 5–10 students will connect to a local church.
• 5 career leaders and 5 college leaders will be recruited to lead club, campaigners, camp, and implement a summer discipleship program.

Over 2,000 deaf teenagers in Chile long to be known, understood, and loved in the language of their hearts. Young Life is ready.

The plan

To hire a part time staff member to oversee the deaf ministry in Chile, provide leader training in Chilean Sign Language and deaf culture, and to offer 20 scholarships and transportation to YL camp for deaf students.

Expected outcomes

• Two bilingual, inclusive Young Life clubs for deaf students will begin in 2027.
• 8–10 new leaders (both deaf and hearing) will be trained in Chilean Sign Language and inclusive ministry.
• 20 deaf students will attend Young Life camp through scholarships.
• Families will experience greater connection as communication barriers begin to give way to deeper relationships and shared hope.

When a teenage mom discovers the love of Jesus, the story of her child's future begins to change, too.

The plan

Provide 40 scholarships for teen moms, their children and their leaders to YoungLives' Winter Camp at Lost Canyon, a Young Life Camp in Arizona, in November including bus transportation and matching t-shirts.

Expected outcomes

• 40 teen moms, their children and leaders will attend YoungLives Winter Camp in November.
• Teen moms will discover they are deeply loved by God and surrounded by a community that believes in them.
• Children of teen moms will receive loving childcare at camp, giving their moms space to rest, play, and simply be teenagers again.
• Long lasting relationships will be built and remain with them long after camp, helping young families build a stronger future together.
